"Jeremy came the day I called and checked out my system. Due to the age of it and what was the problem, I had him install a new system. He was able to do it the next day and arrived when he said he would as well as got right to work. He had promised me heat by the afternoon and he delivered. He was efficient and after the work was done completely cleaned the area so there was no trace of him working. I was extremely pleased with his work and work ethic."

"These guys are awesome. Highly recommend them. Been meaning to post this review for awhile. Jeremy got us up and running right away. We had an issue with our AC unit in the hottest part of summer and called to get some assistance. He and a fellow team member were out to fix it. Even after the initial fix didn't resolve the issue, I was able to call back, got right through and they were back out in minutes to get it working again. I'll always call them first in the future when it comes to any more issues. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again for taking such good care of us and keeping us cool."

"This was an excellent experience. Called two other companies and they tried forcing the stuff down my throat basically. Super expensive as well. I got ahold of Jeremy through someone I know, he said Jeremy was awesome and came out the same day he called him because his AC unit went out. Jeremy came out and did a quote for me. It's my very first house and I knew it would be pricy & couldn't afford to pay cash right away. He helped us through every step of his financing stuff and got us on the right track. Jeremy is such a great & humble dude, he tried helping us out and saving us money an told me what to check out on the ac unit so we could get wait another year and save up the money to afford it. I did everything & still no good. AC & Furnace was original from when we bought the house. It's 1900s. Running constantly & would never shut off or cool the house down, etc. Carl has been with him every time he has came to my house, Carl is a good dude as well and explained everything down to a T without Jeremy being around. Even though he was on vacation, Jeremy worked with us and made arrangements to come to our house as soon as he got back. He listened to what I said and asked what we wanted to do before making his recommendations. We ended up having a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Jeremy and Carl were professional, fast, and left our house clean. On top of that, they tolerated the curiosity and interruptions from my two young boys with nothing other than kindness. "I called Fields Heating and Cooling at 11pm on a Tuesday. Our rental property tenants had let me know the furnace quit working. It was 11 degrees outside with colder temps on the way. Jeremy and his team were promptly on site at 8am the next day. They called me and told me exactly what the problem was after they diagnosed the issue. Told me exactly what it was going to cost and by 9am the furnace was back up and running. When I received the bill for services I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the call and how much they charged to get the heat up and running again. "Words cannot describe how amazing Jeremy and his team have been to us! Back in August 2023, we were having constant issues with our 20+ year old a/c unit in the middle of a heat wave. He came out the next day to diagnose/fix the current problem and give us various options for replacing the entire system. Within a week, they were installing a new system on a 90 degree day! When it was time to start the furnace, he worked us in his schedule to ensure the furnace worked prior to leaving for vacation the next day! Just recently they came to our rescue again when we abruptly had to switch over to propane after issues with the gas well. "I could not be happier with the service we got from Fields. After this experience I will never hire anyone else. I am 30 weeks pregnant and have 2 other small children and my 21 year old furnace went out January 30th. Not really the best time!! Not only was the staff so courteous, they were extremely prompt during our furnace emergency in the middle of winter (!!!), letting us know when they could come earlier and arranging that with us, super quick to get back with quotes, working with our budget, finding a replacement part for our very old furnace, and offering a deal for a new furnace. Other guys wanted more than double the price and did their best to upsell us in the middle of an emergency. If you're not hiring Fields, you're doing it wrong!! We will absolutely be hiring them again to replace our furnace in a couple months as well as our AC because we need a new one of those as well. Do yourself a favor and at least call them to take a look and give you a quote!!"
